The purpose of the financial support is to encourage international cooperation through exchange between Ängelholm Municipality and its twin towns. Ängelholm Municipality's twin towns are:
- Höje-Taastrup in Denmark.
- Kamen in Germany.
- Dobele in Latvia.
Basic requirements
Associations, organizations and/or residents from Ängelholm Municipality can apply for financial support for an exchange with one of the municipality's twin towns. The applicant are ambassadors for Ängelholm Municipality and must be good representatives in accordance with the municipality's core values.
Decision on support
Ängelholm Municipality's Committee for International Cooperation decide which applications will be granted funds. The Committee for International Cooperation will process received applications at their meetings.
Reporting and accounting
In connection with the application being granted, the applicant will receive a reporting form. The completed form and receipts must be submitted to the e-service after the activity for which the applicant has been granted funds has been completed. If the report is incomplete, the municipality will demand the financial support back.
